The site and a project are different

These terms cover use of bigcircle.ai. A project, an embedded engineer, or a fixed-scope build is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts. Nothing on this site is that agreement.

The guides, glossary, case studies, and service pages are here so you can decide whether to write to us. A price and a scope are set in that conversation, not on the page.

What you send

You are responsible for what you put in a form. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or material you do not have the right to share. We use what you send to reply, and to decide whether we are the right team. The privacy page says which fields are stored and where the copy is emailed.

A booked call

A call booked from this site is a conversation. It is not a commitment to hire, and it is not a commitment to start a build.

The writing

A guide or a case study describes work and a way of working. It is not a warranty that the same result will happen on your system. If a page is wrong, write to hello@bigcircle.ai and name the URL.
