What happens after you send it.

  1. Within two hoursA reply from an engineer, not a form acknowledgement. Weekday business hours; overnight messages get answered first thing.
  2. The first callThirty minutes on what you are trying to ship and what is currently in the way. No deck. If we are the wrong team, we say so on that call and usually say who is not.
  3. Within a weekA written scope: what we would build, in what order, and what it depends on from your side. Yours to keep whether or not you engage us.
  4. StartingEmbedded engineers begin inside your repositories, or we take the build. Either way you get names, not a resourcing pool.

How fast can I have someone working?
Because we match from engineers who are already vetted, most clients see a shortlist within two to five business days and have someone embedded inside two weeks. There is no months-long sourcing cycle.
Can you build the whole system instead of staffing it?
Yes. Beyond individual hires, we run managed AI pods and fixed-scope outcome engagements where we own delivery end to end. Same engineers, more of the accountability on us.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. Engineers work in your repositories under your IP and confidentiality terms. We handle employment, payroll, and compliance on the back end.
What if the engineer is not a fit?
You start with an interview and an optional paid trial sprint on real work, so you confirm fit before committing. If something is not working after that, we replace the engineer quickly, at no extra cost.
