Messages you send

The contact form asks for your name, your email, an optional company, and a message. Those fields are written to our database, and a copy is emailed to hello@bigcircle.ai. A hidden field is on the form so automated submissions can be dropped. If that field is filled in, the message is not stored.

The AI readiness assessment and the talent-gap assessment ask for your name, your email, an optional company, whether you took the short or the full version, and your answers. The score is calculated on the server from those answers and stored with them. A summary is emailed to hello@bigcircle.ai.

Newsletter

The footer form asks for an email address. Subscribing stores that address as pending and sends a confirmation message with a link. Opening the link marks the address confirmed. The same message includes an unsubscribe link, which marks the address unsubscribed. An address that is already confirmed is left as it is.

Calls

Booking a call leaves this site for cal.com/tirth-gajjar/contact-us. When you arrive from a finished assessment, the link can carry the name and email you already entered, as prefilled fields. What that scheduling site stores after you arrive is not covered here.

Analytics

Pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics. That beacon does not set a cookie. It is how we see traffic and Core Web Vitals on the site.

Pages also load Microsoft Clarity, which records a session so we can replay how the page was used. Clarity waits for the first idle period, or the first interaction, before it starts. There is no Google Analytics tag on the site, and the form handlers do not send what you typed to an advertising tag.
